Personal content is stored locally
The current MVP stores names, messages, and normalized pictures on the iPhone. It has no Heaven Mail account, backend, cloud sync, advertising, or app-controlled analytics.
Protected on the device
Stored content uses ordinary JSON and normalized JPEG files with iOS Complete Protection; Heaven Mail does not apply its own encryption. Opening the app uses Apple’s device-owner authentication, and selected pictures are normalized locally before storage to remove source metadata.
Local-only has consequences
The MVP provides no account, export, recovery service, or app-controlled backup. The files are eligible for normal Apple-controlled backup and migration, but Heaven Mail cannot determine whether a usable backup exists or guarantee recovery.
Current status
Heaven Mail is in development for iPhone and is not publicly available. Its privacy and support pages remain private drafts, and release details will be added only after review and approval.
